Process description:
 This process is mainly aimed at the design of organic raw materials such as farm manure, paper mill sludge, crop straw, sugar and wine factory waste residue, and urban organic waste.Before the granulation process, in order to reduce the moisture of organic materials, improve the organic matter and kill bacteria, the materials should be fermented first. In the fermentation process, the necessary organic components and nutrients should be added to kill bacteria, evaporate water and decompose fibrous substances through the high temperature generated in the fermentation process.It can also be fermented in the open air, using sunlight and organic matter.After fermentation, the material moisture drops to below 35% and the organic matter increases by more than 5%. Then, the material is dried by the high-humidity material dryer to further remove moisture. Then, the material is crushed by the special crusher to meet the requirements of granulation.Powder NPK filler and other inorganic raw materials after measurement and powder organic material into the mixing process, mixing uniform materials through the belt to the granulator.After granulation, although the particles have been formed, but at this time the moisture content of the particles is too high to meet the requirements of uniform packaging speed, the material is transported to the decoration dryer for drying.After cooling, the particles go through coarse sieve, fine sieve, sieve out the large particles and fine powder, get the finished product, the large particles go back to the granulator together with the fine powder under the fine sieve, and participate in the granulation process again.
