High Production Organic Fertilizer Equipment

organic fertilizer equipments are mainly designed for farming plants,crop straw,sugar and wine factory residues,urban waste ,cow dung,chicken manure and many other organic material.It is more and more popular for the farmers and more widely used all over the world .

Main machines of  organic fertilizer production line:

1.Compost turner for organic raw materials,it is used for ferment the organic raw materials ,to kill the bad bacterials and improve the organic content;

2.Pre-drying machine ,it is used for remove the extra moisture in the organic raw materials;

3.Grinding machine ,the organic raw materials need to be grinded into qualified fineness to fit for granulation;

4.Automatic batching system,the amount of all raw materials will be controlled accurately by the electronic belt scale according to the pre-set fertilizer formula;

5.Granulator ,all raw material will be fed into granulator to get fresh granules;

6.Rotary dryer,the fresh granules have to be dried to remove the moisture,in addition, the strengthen of the granules will be improved via drying;

7.Rotary cooler,the temperature of fertilizer granules after drying is too high ,so we need rotary cooler to low the granules' temperature;

8.Coating machine, the fertilizer granules will be sprayed a film to prevent caking and make its surface more smooth;

9.Sieving machine,it will seperate the qualified fertilizer granules with oversize granules and fine powder ,the unqualified granules and powder will be recycled to the granulator again;

10.Packing machine,qualified granules will be sent to the packing machine and storage in bulk.

11.Dust removal system ,it includes cyclone dust collector ,bag filter ,settling chamber,spray tower and chimney,via these machines ,the dust can be collected and recycled by the production line.

Production process of organic fertilizer 

1.Fermentation:All kinds of organic raw materials  will be put into the fermentation tank for fermentation;

2.Granulation:the raw materials will be fed into the granulator to make into fresh granules.

3.Drying:After granulation, though granules has been formed, but right now its moisture is too high, so they will be conveyed to the rotary dryer for drying.

4.Cooling:The temperature of the granules coming out of the dryer is quite high, then the granules will be send to the rotary cooler for cooling to further increase the granules strength and reduce the moisture.

5.Sieving:After cooling, the granules will be pass the sieve to separate coarse granules and fine powder, final product will be achieved. The big granules and the fine powder will go through the  grinder and recycle to the granulator, which will make them participate in the granulation process again .

6. The granules after sieving will be sent to automatic packing machine and then storage in bulk. 

Remark: This granulation process can be used for producing various kinds of fertilizer, includes organic fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, humic acid fertilizer and controlled release fertilizer etc, it can be used for hundreds of formulas of fertilizer .This production line is a multi-function production line.
