NPK fertilizer machine production process:

1. Urea, ammonium sulfate, MAP, DAP, potassium sulfate, calcium superphosphate and other N, P, K infinite raw material and adhesive after measuring (granules raw material need to use crusher to crush), and then to the process of mixing, mixing evenly conveying to the granulator.

2. After granulation, though granules has been forming, but right now granules moisture is too high, can't meet the requirements of the packing and shipping. Thus the materials are conveyed to the rotary dryer for drying.

3.The temperature of the materials coming coming out of drier is quite high, ad then the materials are sent to the rotary cooler for cooling to further increase the granule strength and reduce the moisture.

4. After cooling, the cooled granules are coarse-sieved and fine-sieved to separate and fine powder, finally final products are achieved. The big granules through the returns cusher and the fine powder would be sent to the granulator, and to participate in the granulation process again.

5. After heating melt prevent binder according to certain proportation, use metering pump to increase pressure quantitatively, and then spray to the granule surface through sprayer to form a layer of film, this can prevent fertilizer contacting with air and can prevent caking.

6. The granule materials after film will be conveyed to automatic quantitative packing weigh for packing warehousing.
